It’s pretty far-fetched and maybe not the tightest concept I’ve ever seen (“we’re always on time, so here’s what to do when not flying with us,” huh?), but you have to hand it to them: It makes for a pretty funny case video. And I must say I really dig the extreme passive aggressiveness in creating an app just to get the word out that the competition is a bunch of disorganized slackers.
I think we should call it “Hamster Spin” when you create campaigns targeting your competitors’ customers by highlighting that their current loyalties are pretty pointless.
