  4. Ouch. I was reading through my feeds and started reading this post. Life really puts you on the test sometimes. But Shonali Burke’s spirit is inspirational. And on a more superficial note; blogging is a unique and fantastic form of communication because it can really move you and it can get you closer to extraordinary people and stories. I don’t know Shonali at all, but i’ve read Waxing Unlyrical from time to time for quite a while and I really do wish her a speedy recovery.

  10. I think this technique should be used for low-engagement products primarily, like soft drinks and contest sites. If the product or service is high in engagement, it quickly dumbs down the customers looking for in-depth knowledge and community.
